I bought Remove Ads and got a new phone. How do I get it back?
Open the pause menu in the game and tap Restore Purchase. Just make sure you're signed in with the App Store or Google Play account you bought it with.
Does my progress carry over to another device?
No, your score, sparks and unlocked couriers are saved on your phone. Whether your phone's backup brings them along depends on your backup settings.
Do I have to watch ads to play?
No. The two rewarded ads after a run are completely optional. Ads between runs show up at most once every three runs, and never within 90 seconds of each other.
Where can I change my personalized ads choice?
In the pause menu, under Privacy Options. Players in Europe, the UK and Switzerland also see this form the first time they open the game.
Can I play offline?
Yes, the whole game works offline. A connection is only used for ads, purchases and anonymous stats, and those stats simply wait on your phone until you're back online.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the game deletes your save. We don't keep an account or a copy of your progress. You can turn off anonymous stats with the switch in the pause menu.
