Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Hopora mobile game and the hopora.download website (together, "the service"). By installing or playing the game, you accept them.

Who provides the service

Hopora is developed and operated by Berkay Kaynar, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: berkay.kaynar65@gmail.com.

Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Hopora on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, resell or redistribute the game, use cheats or automation that alter gameplay, or extract the game's assets for redistribution, except where such a restriction is void under mandatory law.

Age

The game is suitable for general audiences and contains no realistic violence. If you are a minor in your country, use the game and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Purchases

"Remove ads" is a single, non-consumable in-app product. Payment is processed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us: we never see or store card or billing data. The purchase is tied to the store account it was made with and can be restored with "Restore purchase" in the pause menu.

Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Türkiye, your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights are unaffected by these terms; contact us and we will help you deal with the store.

Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitials through Google AdMob, with Unity Ads in the mediation chain. No part of the game requires you to watch an ad. What the ad networks process is described in the privacy policy.

Your progress

Score, banked sparks, unlocked couriers and outfits, settings and purchase state are stored locally on your device. We keep no account and no server copy. Losing, resetting or uninstalling a device means that progress is gone, and we cannot restore it.

Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may stop distributing the game entirely. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the game is free of defects.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Intellectual property

The Hopora name, the game, its code, artwork and sounds belong to us. Screenshots and gameplay videos may be used freely in reviews, articles, streams and videos, including monetised ones.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date below always shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings before the courts that those rules make available to you.
